I personally love BrightSide counseling because therapy was hard for me at first, i lost trust in past therapist and was nervous to start again. But they helped me through a lot of my hard times and are one of my biggest support systems! 🤍🤍

For a business that is supposed to provide emotional support and therapy, they are the pits. It is nearly impossible to get a live person on the phone. They failed to match the patient with an appropriate provider. They did not schedule out the appointments as promised. The first appointment the therapist who was IN THE OFFICE on time, started the appointment late. But the worst of all was they did not show up for a confirmed scheduled virtual appointment. Christina has done amazing work with my kiddo. Last summer, kiddo was regularly having panic attacks, sleeping issues and was worried all the time due to her anxiety. We were at a loss about how to help her cope. With the support of Christina, panic attacks have gone away, sleeping is better, and kiddo is now able to tackle things that had previously left her frozen with fear.
