Someone driving a Brightside van used the HOV curb lane to jump ahead of traffic and cut me off while I was letting someone from the left lane merge in front of me westbound on 41st just before Cambie. If anyone at Brightside cares feel free to reply and I'd be happy to provide the licence plate.
Very bad property service. Have to put in multiple requests for maintenance items to be taken care of. Head office never answers phone. There doesn't seem to be property managers in charge of buildings so when you do connect with head office staff about a problem it’s like dealing with a disinterested call center rep. The tenant will have to follow up to see if their issues are being dealt with. On a good note my apartment was freshly painted, newish rug upon move in. I saw three mice within one week of moving in.
