It is so wonderful to come to a cafe and not have to worry about cross contamination. My absolute favorite is the cinnamon rolls. But a close second is the biscuit with egg and cheese.
Delicious food! GF bread is soft you wouldn’t know it’s GF. Lots of DF options also. Sandwich portions are large.
My wife cannot have gluten, so finding Brightside Cafe has been a special treat. Everything is prepared in a gluten-free environment, so she can order with abandon. Whatever we have tried has been delicious. The best gluten-free cinnamon rolls my wife has had, and though I am not gluten-free the flavor and texture are wonderful.
I have celiacs and Brightside is a fantastic source for excellent gf cafe food. I have yet to find a better cinnamon roll! Also, Maverick (sp?) asked for a review of the brand new loaded potato quiche, my wife gives it 5 stars!
