Would not recommend. We have lived here since April. Per the renters that have lived here last year the pull was closed all summer Season. We contacted maintenance because the pool is now a festering tub for mosquitoes. The pool water is extremely hot, not refreshing at all. How the pool is closed until further notice because the pool pump has blown. Our hot water heater has gone out on us twice. If you are looking to move into Brightside of Jefferson I would recommend speaking with someone other than CHRISSY VANN. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional. I was in a situation where I had to be moved into somewhere before nov 30th so she knew my situation. Told me it was possible for me to be moved in on the 26th of Nov. I submitted everything that needed to be submitted for the application, fees paid in full on Thursday NOVEMBER 7th.
