Company installed new dvr then couldn't get 1 camera to work on it. All worked minus the 1 camera for a few weeks. App stopped working they came out and said it needed to be paired with my modem but I wanted to change service so I said we needed to wait until I upgraded. Called them, texted them to return and got no response. Would not use them again.I'm moving on to a more reliable company.I will say they were extra friendly to deal with when I interacted with them.
The owner is a great guy! Great company and great prices!! He works with you and once you call the company they get there within usually minutes!Very good people! Quick, fast working, and great customer service! Thank you for the great service!
