I called Brightside Alarm after having a neg experience with my original alarm/camera installer. Richard, the owner, said that he would gladly take on any problems and any new install, which he did . So far he has installed extra cameras and a totally new alarm system to replace my non operating one. He and his partner arrived on time, did a great job on all of the installs and were super efficient and very neat. Just glad that I no longer have to deal with the original alarm company that always seemed "too busy" to respond.... read more
Brightside Alarm was fantastic! We wanted a monitored home intrusion and fire alarm system for our home in Central Brevard County Florida. The team showed up on time, and were very knowledgeable and professional. They provided the system and setup the monitoring for us. I would absolutely recommend them for your alarm needs.

Came early and got right to it. Figured out what the problem was and got it fixed. Also bought up some things I wouldn’t have thought of to cut off any future problems!!!! Very knowledgeable, professional and mannerly. I’ll call them again if needed.
