Unreliable and lost a LOT of our linen! First issue - Bright Shine were not reliable. We had a MAJOR issue when they didn't show up to clean our holiday rental prior to a guest showing up. Bright Shine had staff off that day and new about it from that morning, but decided to do nothing about it and not even notify us.
