This pharmacy has proven to be both incompetent and rude - a very bad combination. Every time that I had had an interaction with them, there was some kind of problem: improper interpretation of the script; failure to communicate with my doctor; script not ready after I made a special trip to pick it up; lying to me about what my doctor did or did not say; rude to me when I asked for better service. These guys are losers, don't go there.
Man this pharmacy really pulls through quick with the scripts! I’d say this location is the most experienced with dealing with insurance companies than any pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. And if they don’t have something that you need they can send you to their sister company which is also great Elite Drugs! They put me through for a delivery yesterday while I was shopping and they delivered it the same night! Delivery guy was cool as hell too! Emma was super sweet and had great customer service. They were able to refer me to their sister store to get me my medications without an enormous price tag. I really appreciate it! Highly recommend supporting your local pharmacy.
Always has the medications we need even when other places say that the medication is on back order.
