For the sake of your beloved pet, and your own peace of mind, please opt out of going here and go to another clinic ASAP. It once was a great place for animal care many years ago, but not anymore. I’ve had several pets over the past 30 years who I took to this clinic for care and routine checkups. My elderly dog, with a few serious health issues, was misdiagnosed and almost passed away because of their negligence. I’m shocked, yet so grateful, that my dog is still with us today. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Horrible experience, had an emergency appointment for my cat who used to get constipated and was constipated at the Time, which is what I explained on the phone when I called to book the appointment. Instead when I got there the assistant took me back to the exam room to wait for the vet , when the vet showed up she barely looked at him and tried to convince me that my cat was not constipated but very old and unwell and had a horrible urine problem and that I would probably ... read more

Just adopted a dog and called to make appt for flea and tick meds. The lady that answered was very rude and short. I was also told they would return my call. That never happened. Will take my dog somewhere else where the staff have compassion and customer service
