Keeping all my clearinghouse Data hostage because we switched to another billing platform and they won’t release it. Customer success rep is minimally responsive.
Fix your site.
This platform is consistently running slow and crashing. They need to invest heavily in their IT department. The lagging and slowness interferes with patient care on a daily basis.
I don't feel they were upfront since the beginning. Drew Ward kept telling me I had to sign up by the end of May last year so we would be up and running in June/July, otherwise it may cause delays. I didn't know up and running meant access to an empty database. It didn't mean billing out and trained staff by then as originally thought. I've turned down Brightree twice in 4 years because I didn't feel comfortable with switching over and I didn't trust Drew's pitch and my instincts were right.
