Would not recommend this facility. My daughter was apart of the program very briefly and it was none the less, hell. According to her, Staff are not trained or supported very well and I can see how chaos could fluctuate. There was a period of time where the “houses” didn’t have food and they turned a blind eye. She explained that the therapists did minimal work and only cared about the program “structure” in their sessions. Edit: Since someone else mentioned it, two staff had relations with clients over the time that I was there. One was a therapist, and one was a house manager. The team at BrightQuest provides high quality care to a population that may other programs fail to adequately serve. The attention and care provided, especially to the families, is second to none. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who has a loved one struggling with mental health.

Think Stanford Prison Experiment run by mostly 20-something's. . . Note: I wrote a scathing review and then took it down. I decided to repost this upon realizing that their rating had been upped all the way up to ⭐⭐⭐ , most-likely boosted by "professional" folks who have never experienced the BrightQuest client experience. Anyways, I felt like I had to put my foot down and re-post a review. Lucky for me, they seemingly picked favorites in that my experience could have been much worse. Their lovely, seemingly-a-cult experienc... read more
