Rick is brilliant! He installed a new toilet, sink and re-tiled my bathroom. Did a wonderful job. Very reliable and hardworking. I would recommend him to anyone!
We are absolutely delighted with the work that Rick has done, both in proper preparation so that the bathroom will last, but also in the finished product. He is a lovely guy, easy to communicate with, great at listening to what you want, happy to offer advice if required and really responsive to any inevitable issues that come up when doing a major refurb. It's a rare thing to find such a quality plumber. Rick wasn't put off by my dingy bathroom and instead, he assessed the issues and actually listened to what I wanted. He then came up with practical, cost-saving solutions and completed the work quickly. Very impressed, I've already asked him to come back and do some other work for me.
Rick has done a few plumbing jobs for us over the past two years since we moved to Brighton. He is efficient, knowledgeable , professional and puts the customer first. Workmanship is first class and nothing is too much trouble.
