unethical and unprofessional practice - if I could give them zero stars, I would - avoid at all costs
Just visited this practice with a sharp broken tooth. Phoned this morning at got an appointment this afternoon. Lovely patient dentist and equally lovely dental nurse. I am incredibly nervous about visits to the dentist but they totally put me at ease and explained everything to me.
No service whatsoever! phone for 60mins, then they were closed. FRONT DESK do they even exist? Maybe change 'trying our best' to 'we don't care'
I had given the practice 5 stars as I always found them great and Mr Jafari is a lovely and patient dentist but after my recent visit I will have to amend this to 1 star. I visited the practice for a check up and found the cost of my treatment had doubled. After further investigation ( I had to visit the practice as no one replied to my emails or answered the phone in over a week) I found that had been removed as an NHS patient with absolutely no warning.
