I have been by the office several times, always closed. I send emails and phone calls about an available unit with absolutely no response. Horrible way to run a complex. If they do that in the beginning, before someone is even occupying a unit, I can imagine how the operator when a person is actually living there. In my opinion, don't even waste your time inquiring about a unit.
