Old management was ridiculous but new management is even worse. Concerns regarding lease contracts? They’ll take two weeks to respond. You’ll have to bombard them with emails until they do. They do shady things… so much so that even the accountant from their company who audited my account can informed me he saw mistakes on my ledger. This complex is amazing! The people and management are so nice and welcoming. The apartment is big and beautiful. I had such great neighbors and became friends with them. I wish I had this apartment down in Florida. I had to leave because I moved or I would live there until I got a house. They also did not charge me if when I left early because of a job. They gave back my deposit! The best complex I have lived in for sure!
I went to check out Brighton Village and was greated by Kelly in the leasing office. She was very welcoming and friendly. I had a lot of questions regarding the property and she was able to answer them all. I can definitely see myself living in this community!
I had a tour with Misty recently and it went great. The apartment was newly renovated and the amenities look great. Misty provided a lot of information and I will be keeping Brighton Village on the top of my list!
