We have always been happy with Brighton Veterinary Brian has looked after our four dogs over the last 17 years. They are show so much compassion during difficult times. We have recently taken our new puppy who believe it was so excited both times to visit the clinic

The vets at this clinic, especially Dr Leila, are absolutely terrific. They are knowledgeable, helpful and caring when dealing with my dog. The admin/ reception team on the other hand are the complete opposite. Please look at improving your customer service e.g. when a pet is being dropped off for a procedure in the early morning, please don't keep people who need to go to work waiting for 15+ minutes at reception while you play with a puppy. firstly, i can't fault any of the vets we have seen, however i'd love to give a special shoutout and thanks to Dr. Alex. she is so incredibly understanding of our big anxious boy, remembers all his quirks every time and is so attentive to his emotions and reactions, she knows exactly what signs to watch for while examining him. She even came to help out with him while he was with a different Vet, despite being booked out herself day! And last but not at all least, the reception/nurses.
