firstly, i can't fault any of the vets we have seen, however i'd love to give a special shoutout and thanks to Dr. Alex. she is so incredibly understanding of our big anxious boy, remembers all his quirks every time and is so attentive to his emotions and reactions, she knows exactly what signs to watch for while examining him. Went here with my dog/male vet reactive dog and they were AMAZING! Dr Leila is the perfect example of what an excellent vet is. She trialled the least restrictive and aversive method first, building rapport, asking if she could pet my dog, using positive reinforcement with snacks and being very gentle, emphasising that they did not want to push too hard or hold him down as this would only make things more aversive each time he went to a vet. The vets and staff were very helpful and very understanding. Give us choices and let us know what is happening and developments of our dog. Very professional we really recommend them as they will look after your furry family as part of their family.
Dr Golden does a great job with our Rottweiler And makes it so easy treating her out in the carpark so it is less stressful around other pets
You couldn’t wish for a better vet to take care of your precious fur babies. They go above and beyond to do everything to make your pets feel at ease in what is usually a very stressful situation.
