Have been going to this vet for a long time. You see different vets each time. Some are good, but others not. But when my dog had her teeth cleaned, she had 4 teeth pulled out without informing me first. Before going in, the vet said they would contact me if teeth had to be pulled out. I was contacted only AFTER they were already pulled. But what can you do? Whats done is done. I just hope my dog truly needed it, and it wasn't for the extra fees they can charge under "teeth removal." If you can not keep to your words, maybe ... read more
