Unfortunately we had to put down 2 pets in 10 days--a dog unexpectedly and then an elderly cat. Dr. Scott Miner is top notch! He allowed us to do this each time under a tree outside in the sunshine instead of the exam room. (he did this 5 years ago with another dog, too!) We appreciate this accommodation so much! If you are looking for a caring and compassionate vet practice, this is it. We love all of the staff at BVH!

Dr. Hedges is always caring and compassionate and every time I bring one of my bunnies in to see him, he is thorough and makes sure I understand the best way to care for them. I am so glad to have a vet I can rely on, and who doesn’t break the bank!

Have been going here for years and the empathy and care has gone down hill so much that today I have switched to a new vet. I have never been told that my dog is not important and I was lucky they looked at her. The reason for the visit was their fault in the first place because my baby was able to chew her wounds, after a surgery they did. The cone was not the right size. Then after being told from 1 to 10 Piper was a 1 and nothing wrong did charge me another $67.00 for amoxicillin that seems way too expensive. Be warned.
We love New Brighton Vet Clinic! It's clear that all staff love our two dogs, and always take great care of them. We'll never go elsewhere!
