I bought a brand-new car from Brighton Suzuki almost four years ago and the USB/CarPlay has never worked properly from day one. I’ve tried multiple times to get it fixed but they’ve been completely unhelpful. First I had to wait ages for a part, then when it finally arrived there were no bookings available for over a month.
