This review is for the service center, at Brighton SsangYong. Gone are the days of 'customer service', listening to the customer, and 'being helpful'. Thesedays, its all about getting it done as quickly as possible, get em in, get em out, get it done quickly (quickly over quality) - and while you're at it - try to elicit as much money from the customer as possible.
