The lady at the reception desk of this place is one of the ruddest people I have ever met. I had a delivery to do to one of the apartments and upon arrival, the customer asked me to leave it at the reception desk. I then proceeded to speak with the receptionist and she was very rude, pointing out that we "delivery people" should have boxes to put stuff in and it wasn't her responsibility to keep it free of damage, even though it would stay there for 5 minutes or less only, clearly making a storm in a glass of water. We stayed here for 7 nights, paying over $2,100, but were surprised by an $80 cleaning fee charged to our card without prior notice.
