Very rude staff at the reception 😕 very disappointed and feel so bad emotionally.
Parking system at Shores is an absolute joke. I parked at Shores to visit an older lady living there and we actually used the retail downstairs at Shores. When I came back to my car after like 1 hour, I was fined. I immediately tried to get in touch with them and naturally they don’t even have a phone number on their website. So I sent an appeal to the parking team and they said they fined me because I did not sign in through a QR code.
