Parking system at Shores is an absolute joke. I parked at Shores to visit an older lady living there and we actually used the retail downstairs at Shores. When I came back to my car after like 1 hour, I was fined. I immediately tried to get in touch with them and naturally they don’t even have a phone number on their website. The lady at the reception desk of this place is one of the ruddest people I have ever met. I had a delivery to do to one of the apartments and upon arrival, the customer asked me to leave it at the reception desk. I then proceeded to speak with the receptionist and she was very rude, pointing out that we "delivery people" should have boxes to put stuff in and it wasn't her responsibility to keep it free of damage, even though it would stay there for 5 minutes or less only, clearly making a storm in a glass of water.
