I want to start by saying I HATE going to the dentist, and avoid it whenever I can. So when i do go, i have anxiety! However, today for a cleaning I had Nancy for the first time.... and it was the easiest, gentlest cleaning I have EVER had. I'm still in shock. She made the entire experience truly painless! I also got to meet one of the newer dentists- and he was extremely kind, and explained everything I needed him to!
Dr. Mensah and his assistant Manny have been AMAZING. I brought my daughter here for a bridge due to congenital missing teeth and they have been nothing short of a miracle. I scheduled my own appointment for a crown and a filling. Dr. Mensah took the time to explain everything and I didn't feel rushed with him at all. Hanna in the office was very helpful with scheduling and insurance. Manny really stood out to me. His bedside manner was top notch.
