I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my experience at Brighton Modern Dentistry. I went into the office in person specifically to update my dental insurance. Despite doing this proactively, when I came in three weeks later for my scheduled annual visit (cleaning and X-rays), I was charged the full cost of the visit. No one informed me—before, during, or after the appointment—that the insurance I had provided was not accepted by their group. This is a complete failure on the clinic’s part.
