I originally gave this office three stars because, although my experience with the doctor was disappointing, the office staff was kind and professional. Their customer service was the one redeeming quality that kept me from giving this office only one star. However, since then, I’ve had three additional consultations for the issue I originally came here for, and I feel even worse about my experience. Dr. Ehrhardt and his staff are amazing. Kim, my hygienist is great. This is the best dental office there is! Went in yesterday for a cleaning with Caitlin. She spent a lot of time with me and did an outstanding job. Then I had another consultation with Dr. Massah and Dr. Lutz about my upcoming dental implant surgery. They are great doctors, warm, compassionate and so knowledgeable. This dental office is wonderful!
I live in North Carolina and had to come to Brighton for a family visit..the day of my flight one of my implants came out. We were able to bring the tooth with us.Thank God Dr Massah was able to re-install the tooth. What started out as a consultation ended up being able to be repaired. I would recommend this office to everyone in need of dental implant procedures. Dr Massah is a BLESSING. Thank You !!
What a great Experience. Everyone is so kind and happy. Definitely made me feel more comfortable (as my situation is a complete disaster) Dr. Lutz was very professional very much like a superhero-hero single handily Saved the day with perfect execution. I look forward working with them to salvage the smile I once had. Trying to achieve my “Man Dime” status at my older age. Ladies be warned.
