Absolute joke, they say they’re accepting new patients yet when you call they won’t accept new patients on the day. I can see online they have multiple available appointments. Yet refused to see my 9 month old son who is very unwell. Who in their right mind refuses helping a baby

The doctors are great, but being unable to get into a doctor for a week or more is beyond reasonable and to be told there is no cancellation list. What happened to our healthcare in Australia? What are we supposed to do when we are sick and need help?

They made me feel like i was stupid. I told her that lady sitting right beside her checked me in previously. The receptionist who dealt with me previously heared and did not even apologise or acklowedged. S... read more
