Wow !! What a joke on how I got treated on Monday. No blanket to have a paps smear.They gave me paper to cover my body 😫 $206 later cause the doctor had to repeatedly consult with her colleagues which put my appointment over time which I was consequently charged for. What a joke !! It dose not take 45 minutes for a paps smear🤦♀️
I’m not one for doing reviews, but I cannot believe the customer service from one of the elder receptionist. Today I called with an issue about not getting bloods for the only thing I went to the doctors for a week ago. She basically blamed me, told me I need to book another appointment that I’ll have to pay for again and it wouldn’t be for another two and a half weeks. Absolute joke, they say they’re accepting new patients yet when you call they won’t accept new patients on the day. I can see online they have multiple available appointments. Yet refused to see my 9 month old son who is very unwell. Who in their right mind refuses helping a baby
The doctors are great, but being unable to get into a doctor for a week or more is beyond reasonable and to be told there is no cancellation list. What happened to our healthcare in Australia? What are we supposed to do when we are sick and need help?
