Received a letter from collections. Have never received a bill, nor does my insurance company have record. Can't even get an accurate phone # for billing
Same EXACT issue as Rachel who gave a 1 star review 30 minutes ago. I never received a bill from Brighton but I received a text at 9am today saying I'm in Collections for not paying it. I called Brighton and they took 10+ minutes to find me and stated billing accidentally never sent me a bill. But they can, on purpose, send me to collections?! They said they'll contact billing to remove collections and send me an actual statement....well see if that's true and happens. The phone agent was helpful, but the manager was taking ... read more
Received a notice saying Brighton Radiology sent my information to a debt collector. I never received a bill from them. I never received any mail from them. No phone call. No text message. I called the debt collector and they said that they were missing my city from the mailing address, maybe that's why I never got anything. I've received mail from Brighton before, and they ask me EVERY TIME for my insurance even though I've had the same insurance and mailed in copies of my insurance card with every bill.
