When I first moved in here a few years ago it was a nice place to live quiet and wasn’t too expensive. Now they raise the rent to almost 872 an mont for a 2 bedroom 1bath. And they make us pay a city bill. So you’ll be paying over 900 a month. My AC randomly stops blowing cold air. and their maintenance\AC technician guys won’t do anything to fix it. They just tell me to shut it off for a while and then turn it back on. (All they need to do is clean out the coil’s and it would work just fine)
