Have found Paul Trainor very good in an exercise program leading up to and post op repair of my knee ruptured ACL. Very thorough and skilled in what is appropriate at the different stages of recovery.

From ease of online booking to first appointment. Brighton Physiotherapy has my vote. The reception experience is welcoming and efficient. Near my home and ease of parking is a great plus. Physically at a very low ebb post major surgery, my body needed lot of care. On advice I agreed to Myotherapy treatment. My therapist Natalie has opened up a new world of Myotherapy and its benefits for me. Natalie is highly proficient and very caring. I feel like I have a partner in my journey to recovery.
We’ve been dealing with Paul Trainor and found him to be great. Highly professional and knows his stuff. Paul gave us a great referral to a sports physician when we needed a second opinion in relation to an orthopaedic diagnosis which provided a great outcome for my son. He has provided great physio care and advice for my sons ongoing recovery. Thoroughly recommend him and his team
