While the rental rates are low so is the customer service. The pictures are not current. There are weeds everywhere. No lights in most, if not all, of the light fixtures. Pretty sure the "security cameras " are fake. Most of the units show lots of wear evidenced by rust and where break-in attempts have occurred. Our unit was broken in to and, while someone on staff noticed it, no one contacted us. After we noticed it and called the person I spoke to said they'd noticed it at least 3 weeks earlier! Cut off my lock and let my storage unit open and had thousands of dollars worth of stuff stolen and they told me that there was no cameras and once I made a police report they told me that there is cameras still waiting to hear about from this owner and have got nothing.
