Somehow I’ve become much more depressed since going here. Thought places like this were supposed to do the opposite of that.
I now know why the reviews for this place are so bad. The receptionists are very rude and don’t get back to you. I was made to feel like a piece of crap and less of a person for my personal circumstances. I was very belittled. In the end I decided I wasn’t going to allow that disgusting behaviour, so I cancelled my appointment and will go elsewhere. Obviously a very toxic work environment, set of women or both.
Great practice, caring, supportive doctors and reception staff. Remy is so calm and relaxed, he immediately puts you at ease ans is very thorough. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.
