I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Lisa Albert. She is highly ethical and demonstrates genuine care and compassion for her patients. She considers more than just the diagnosis, and after years of struggling with ADHD and treatment, I can finally say I am on a positive path, working with it, not against it
After initially telling me they had availability, I went back to my GP for a direct referral. After the effort of coordinating this with my GP and resending it to this clinic, they told me the same person was now unavailable. If you value your time & effort, avoid this place as they clearly love wasting your time.
Unbelievably RUDE and un empathetic reception staff. Especially the latest addition to the team. God forbid you want to change an appointment. ‘Eugh what do you want?’ Is the attitude you receive. You dealing with an incredibly vulnerable set of people. Do better. Despite this I am very happy with my doctor which is why I keep returning.
The reception staff here are extremely rude and have zero empathy at all at all, you are made to feel like you are not allowed to contact them. I was refereed here 10 weeks ago, and each time I follow up they say "get in touch if you dont hear anything in 2 weeks" then ending the conversation with "dont call us, we will call you" given the type of customers they are dealing with you would think they would understand how difficult this insane ambitious non-information is.
