I called Brighton MG Service Centre about an issue I had with the screen on my MG. The person on the phone said I had to take the car into the dealership. After making an effort to visit the Dealership the person in charge of the Service area at the time indicated I had to make a booking. At no time did the initial person I spoke to indicated I had to book the car in. I am never going back.
To MG Brighton, in response to your reply on the stolen keys, you gave us 2 options, namely, to recalibrate the key for $600 or replace the whole system for $1700. We made it very clear (on 3 different occasions) that the key was stolen but you still gave us 2 options. We queried option 1 on the basis that the key was stolen and we were advised "clearly" that the car could not be accessed under either option. Well clearly it could.
