I've been a patient of Dr. Hamstra for about 20 years, and she's fantastic. She truly cares about her patients, spends adequate time in each visit and gives great medical care. All the nurses and other staff are equally fabulous.
Both doctors and the entire office staff are fantastic! My schedule is crazy and they do what they can to fit me in to their schedule...and mine! They are friendly and professional!
Front office staff is very adept at running interference when trying to contact the Physicians, even when the Physician makes the request to contact them. Patronizing, rude, demeaning and often put out with even the smallest of requests, they seem to forget what it means to be on the front end of a service oriented business. Medical service has also suffered in recent months, with misdiagnosis, lack of followup and general difficulty conducting their business.
