I spoke to two different receptionists, and both were rude. I called twice because the first receptionist hung up on me after I clearly stated the name of the person I wanted to speak to. She proceeded to ask numerous questions and was unprofessional. Eventually, I was transferred to a staff member who was not the person I initially requested.
