Every time I go Brighton Jewelers I leave feeling good. They are extremely good with repairs and their prices are as good as their service.
Amazing!!! My watch had a broken link. I took it to an authorized dealer they wanted $325 to replace the bracelet. They said it could not be fixed. Brighton jewelers saw that all it needed was a pin. 30 minutes and $15 later I had the watch back on my wrist. Highly recommend
Horrible experience. Promised a piece in two weeks. A month passed with no communication. Found out today there has been minimal work and the earliest it could be completed was two weeks. It was a special gift for my partner whose birthday is in two days. Buyer beware.
Horrible experience both times I went to this place. I first took my ring to get re sized and the stone reset, my ring was held for over a month with no phone calls letting me know it was ready and when I called to ask for information on how much longer I was told they would call me back when the specialist came in, yet never got a call back.
