Communication when buying the car was good , but kept telling me there was people interested in the car for over 3 weeks , after I bought the car and drove it off the lot, I left messages every day for at least a week with no reply , I had too try and contact the sales manager too get any response witch took nearly 3 weeks.! Very annoyed customer.!🤬
We bought a used car here, overall I'm pretty happy with the experience. What I really liked was the thorough way they went over the vehicle prior to handover completing anything that needed attention, even though some things they probably didn't have to. They wanted to handover a very good used car, and they did. We even had a problem post handover which they addressed over and above without question.
Arrogant and unhelpful. Overly expensive. Horrible customer experience.
I had an all round excellent service from start to end with the sale agent, Sam. He was polite and respectful in selling the Jeep Avenger. Most important he had great enthusiasm and interest to help you with the sale process. It shows he is good at his job and his energy made clear he loves his role. I was appreciative with his effort to provide a good trade in value for our Land Rover Discovery Sport and VW T Cross. Above all he and Alana was able to deliver my Jeep before EOFY.
