I have been a Jaguar customer 20 years and 6 Jaguars later, this sorry excuse for a dealership never fails to amaze me, I can't even believe I called in today. I know what my problem is due to diagnostics, I don't know what the part is called but I came in today to buy that part.A member of the service team came out he would not tell me the name or part number of the part, so that I could go into parts see if they have it and buy it.
