Very affordable and convenient service for iPhone screen replacement! I requested a quote and got a text from (I think the owner?) with pricing and other details within 20-30 minutes. The repairman was able to come to my residence within 24 hours. My one piece of constructive feedback is that I asked for an OLED screen, but only after my screen had already been replaced I was told they didn’t have those in stock. I could not use my phone because the screen was frozen and I could not turn phone off. I I texted brighton phone repair and he got back to me immediately and spent the time showing me how to restart the phone . I am forever grateful for their help and honesty and would highly recommend their services.
I emailed them about a broken phone. They asked a few questions, implied but didn't explicitly state that I was out of luck, and didn't reply to me again. Go somewhere more responsive.
They came and fixed my iphone 13 pro max and noticed that there were horizontal lines on the screen. I called them and they came again with a new screen and eventually they fixed it with another screen. After using my phone for a couple weeks, I noticed that my brightness would randomly go all the up or down, my gps for nav barely works, my wifi and network disconnects sometimes and is spotty. I got it checkout by Apple and they said repairing the phone would cost the same as buying a new one. So stinks for me I guess
