Horrible costumer service, and disgusting management!
Bad products don’t buy!
I bought a beautiful taupe and black Marcel handbag from Brighton in December 2013 at what was then their Biltmore Fashion Park location in Phoenix. I loved the bag and have used it almost without a break---because it has ALL the features that I insist on having---perfect shape and size; single, non-adjustable shoulder strap; magnetic closure; interior and exterior pockets front and back; soft, not stiff leather; and on and on.
