The staff and nursing was very nice ! Everyone was so nice and friendly . Physical Therapy was very knowledgeable and helped my Dad Excellent care ! Thanks Connie

Everything was wonderful until this place was sold. Now it's all coming apart at the seams. It seems like since my mother arrived a year ago she's had constant injuries and rashes and now? The staff won't treat her anxiety without my signature even though in the past I've given permission over the phone. An inept staff member emailed me a document that could not be digitally signed so she put the document in the mail, the slowest possible method so here I sit while my poor mother is suffering and there's nothing I can do. Horrible Service! My father was brought there and was 9 days without receiving proper care for his foot wound, nor received a bath at all. Communication between nurses and Director was horrible. Definitely this place should not be considered a 4 star facility at all!!! Interesting seeing all the negative reviews since this post. Update my father has passed away since then. This facility should be shut down!!!

First and foremost the administrator Barry Edward is a horrible person. He bullies his staff! He targeted me about not being able to pass out breakfast/lunch trays. I brought in TWO doctor’s note and he completely ignored it. HR also wasn’t doing their jobs and allowed him to nitpick me. Every time I walked into Brighton House I felt depressed NO support, NO team work, everyone is for themselves. If you know what’s good for you DO NOT WORK AT BRIGHTON HOUSE!
