We had an excellent experience purchasing our home from Brighton Homes. From start to finish the sales team was very helpful and friendly. The superintendent, Josh, was knowledgeable and very responsive with all questions and requests we had during construction and pre-closing. All in all, we were satisfied with the experience and are very happy with the quality and design of our new home.
We are extremely disappointed with our experience building our townhome with Brighton homes. From the beginning, we trusted that the work would be completed professionally and up to standard, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. We live in our townhouse for almost 3 years and still dealing with problems that need to be fixed including my neighbors. One of the most concerning issues is the roof. Had a good experience working with Brighton to purchase our townhome. The build process went pretty smoothly and appreciated all the updates that they gave us as things went. I would probably purchase a home from them again.
Working with Marty and Julie to buy our home was a smooth, fairly stress free experience. Absolutely love the foreman and crew they have working on these homes as well!
Their organization and communication were very much appreciated. The site is clean on such a large project. Their willingness to take care and make everything clear was recognized. Interactions with everyone were all pleasant. Thoughtful details went into the design of the neighborhood and the home. I was shown how everything works before moving in. It was all very pleasant.
