Couldn't have had a better experience purchasing our first home. Chris, Amanda and Marty were so excellent to work with and continue to be great even after we've been in the house for over a month now. Build quality is high level, attention to detail is there, and everyone at Brighton homes is very friendly and great to work with.
The employee or owner driving the new silver Tacoma has major road rage and should not be driving a company truck.

When I first walked into the Brighton homes sales office, I was not sure what to expect, while my husband and I had been house shopping, and townhome was not part of our plans. As soon as I stepped into their office, Marty was the kindest, most patient and nicest sales person I have met. He is not pushy, he is helpful and I was sold after that. We had an excellent experience purchasing our home from Brighton Homes. From start to finish the sales team was very helpful and friendly. The superintendent, Josh, was knowledgeable and very responsive with all questions and requests we had during construction and pre-closing. All in all, we were satisfied with the experience and are very happy with the quality and design of our new home.
