Brighton Gardens of St. Charles was the most wonderful place for my mom. We moved mom into the memory care floor when she was diagnosed with dementia a little over a year ago. It took her a little while to acclimate, but with the help of her caretakers, she did quite well. The staff at BG was wonderful. Every single one of them. They treated my mother and our family with love and respect. I cannot say enough about them. Every day my mother was dressed, her hair was done and her makeup was applied. Are you looking for a place for a loved one ? Look no further, I have been through a lot of them, this by far, is the best ! Doug the General Manager is incredible. The staff is gentle, loving and a lot of fun to be around, for the residents, and guests. Every one is treated very, very well. The staff in the memory section, are remarkable, to say the very least. The place is clean, the food is good, and there are always events and activities for the people. They go way beyond what would be expected, to care for our loved one... read more

Every time I walked in to Brighton the residents were always engaging in activities or some type of social hour. Staff was always present and engaged. Residents were happy. The facility was always clean. The dining room is resort style dining and the food always seems appealing. Very dignified. My mother received the best care the few months she was here. My only regret was not bringing her to Brighton Gardens sooner. Don't look further. It does not get better than Brighton.
