When mom needed to move to a facility we felt BG was the best fit for her. She was welcomed and quickly became involved in many activities. She became friends with many residents and staff members. We always felt she was well cared for and respected by staff. Whenever we voiced a concern it was quickly addressed. During mom’s last days, it was obvious how much staff truly cared.

Brighton Gardens of St. Charles was the most wonderful place for my mom. We moved mom into the memory care floor when she was diagnosed with dementia a little over a year ago. It took her a little while to acclimate, but with the help of her caretakers, she did quite well. The staff at BG was wonderful. Every single one of them. Are you looking for a place for a loved one ? Look no further, I have been through a lot of them, this by far, is the best ! Doug the General Manager is incredible. The staff is gentle, loving and a lot of fun to be around, for the residents, and guests. Every one is treated very, very well. The staff in the memory section, are remarkable, to say the very least.
