No power backup!!!! Unsafe & lousy management My inlaws were there for approx. four months (I had to be with them most of the time because they did not do their jobs.) We had to take them out because their service went from bad to worse. The so-called "executive director", Mark Mitchell, promised us all this dignity "stuff" and then once my inlaws were in, my mother in law had to start wearing "diapers" because it would take them hours to get to her and she would wet her bed.
