I will state I am not a resident here. I tried booking a tour of the apartment twice. The first time they double booked and called the morning of the tour to ask me to reschedule. Fine, understandable, it happens. The second time I show up, can’t seem to find anyone. Finally get a chance to get ahold of the someone only to be told that the person went home sick. I received no notice, no call. I even got a notification a couple hours before the tour reminding me of it. I wasted my time and gas just to show up for no reason. I... read more
The only good thing about this place was the location, but other than that this place is a dump. Mice, bugs, mold, slack maintenance, and prices that are way too high for people to maintain. The place had electricity water floods inside the apartment and constant black outs. They charge rent even if something isn’t fixed in your apartment for months! Move to these apartments at your own risk, I fully regret moving here.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have family who used to lived at these horrible apartments. I never lived here and will never ever live here after what my family and aunt just experienced living there. Horrible!!!! They gave my aunt a price which was already a unreasonable amount anyway, then when it was moving day at the last minute, the office told her that she owed more money and put her in a whole different apartment. The application process was easily navigable online and was a reasonable fee. Jan in the office was pleasant and knowledgeable, very helpful.
