Receptionist made an ill patient wait for people who came in after them, when they had every right to be seen before people that came in 15-30 minutes after them.
My 92 and 89 year old parents have been blessed with the Care of Dr. Erin Gow and her assistant Lisa, they are always giving the best possible care to my parents, and pay close attention to their tests, and refers them to specialists and the appointment is made before we get home. I contribute their long, fulfilled lives to their health care they have received from this team.
They provide comprehensive care and are very good at it. I have been a patient of theirs for years and have no complaints. Unfortunately, they can no longer accept any new patients as they are at full capacity.
