Joe and an apprentice (Billy?) installed our new front door w/ sidelites yesterday. They removed and reinstalled an existing storm door as well. They were both polite, professional, efficient and did an excellent job. I was very impressed. Side note, Joe was very calm and understanding and a great teacher to his apprentice. As a sports coach to young kids, just listening to the way he explained everything was impressive. The wrong color and panel style door was delivered and installed! THEIR order sheet had the color crossed out and changed—ours did not! To get the color we originally wanted (and thought we were getting), we were told we needed to pay $800 for an upgraded door. We didn’t want to pay the extra to upgrade so had to pick from a few basic (rather ugly) colors. The installer was fantastic, and deserves a 5 star review.
Harold came out to check the tracks on my garage door. If I performed regular maintenance the call would have been avoided altogether, but I didn't know what to look for at the time. Harold provided basic knowledge on how to keep the tracks clean & operating smoothly, as well as recommendations. He didn't try to do any extra or unnecessary work; could tell that I just needed some guidance. Even replaced bulbs that were out in the garage light. Would use them again, just can't give 5 stars as I'm not familiar with the company... read more
