I highly recommend this business on many levels. Staff culture is obviously very healthy because everyone is kind, friendly and professional. Surgical treatments are efficient and provided in spotlessly clean and comfortable facilities.
I wanted to go someone who has a more conservative/natural aesthetic, which I prefer. Got botox with Karen and was really happy with my experience. Would come back & refer to others.
Patient prepared with all in readiness for a minor procedure, and a person walks in without appointment for a chat. Surgeon triages non-urgent chat immediately, making patient wait a further 23 minutes for any attention. Walk-in chats will be given priority over booked-in patients! In spite of excellent surgical outcomes over the years, this experience shows a disappointing lack of protocols and courtesy. Be prepared!
