Been dealing with their billing and collection agency since April last year. They assured me they billed my insurance, but after calling my insurance and being assured that they had not, they told me oops. Said they had the info but hadn't actually billed them. They were sent a letter of illegal billing practices and submitted the bill. Surprise surprise, the bill was incomplete so my insurance denied. They stole $1000 from me. I received a bill for $1001 and paid them. A few weeks later, I received an EOB stating that I should have paid NOTHING. I have called these scammers 3x with my insurance company present and they keep denying that they’ve received my EOB and are refusing to give me my money back. It has been 6+ months and I’ve still made it nowhere with them. Absolutely ridiculous.

While the services provided by the doctors themselves was good, the real pain arrived when it came to billing. At the hospital emergency room, I was told my insurance would cover the costs and I was good to go with no receipt or the like. Three months later, I received a bill in the mail with a statement for the prices of all the services that were provided. Since they are not part of SCL Health like the rest of hospital, you have to rely on the very poor website that is not up to date. Any contact listed on the website is e... read more

Went to the er for a small nose bleed. Yes I should never went. But they were not busy at all. And I had a problem. Told them if this will cost me over 1k i would seek care elsewhere. Shoulder shrugs is all i see. My insurance picked up over 800 dollars i paid over the phone over 10000 dollars. And he said those are all the charges. The three months later I get a physician's bill for another $815.00. Absulutly ridiculous.
