I went for an insurance photo inspection and the owner was great!!! I was in desperate need of the inspection (my insurance company never told me I needed one on my new car). He was very happy to accommodate me, 1 hour before he closed, when he had other appointments already, on Memorial Day weekend, when it was raining out!!! I can not thank him enough for his time and saving the day!!! :)
Will never go back. Rich does not answer questions and assumes someone will pay for work without understanding what is being done. To anyone that chooses to have their work done here make sure that you don’t ask any questions as Rich will become flustered and tell you to leave as he does not feel like explaining the complicated process. Rich was not courteous to me and demonstrated that he only wants money and not for you to be content with the “work” they perform. Brighton Collision is a disappointment.
Called multiple times over multiple days, left messages and never heard back. I even went down during business hours and nobody was even there and no sign explaining why. Don’t waste your time with this place!
