Today, my mother and I received the most offensive and abysmal service and treatment that I have ever received in my life from any store from this Brighton. We are 20-year patrons of Brighton and own thousands of dollars of Brighton jewelry between us. In fact, I was wearing two pieces from my collection on our visit today.
