I visited this store with my adult daughter in July of 2023--the day the Barbie movie came out. My daughter was dressed for the occasion, and the store was also celebrating. We had a great experience. My daughter found earrings--gold with a pink stone--to match her outfit. The ladies who were working that day were so friendly and were so cheerful. I've read some past reviews that state the folks here are rude, and maybe there have some rude employees or maybe those employees are no longer there. But, my experience at this Brighton store has always been a positive one. I've visited their stores all over the country, mainland, islands and airports. Today, my mother and I received the most offensive and abysmal service and treatment that I have ever received in my life from any store from this Brighton. We are 20-year patrons of Brighton and own thousands of dollars of Brighton jewelry between us. In fact, I was wearing two pieces from my collection on our visit today. The very SECOND we entered this store this evening, we were treated like thieves.
