Brighton is a great value in custom cabinets. I looked at their reviews and many people are complaining that they don't have good customer service. No custom cabinet company deals directly with the public. Homeowners buy their Brighton cabinets from an authorized cabinet dealer. All customer service, delivery, and replacement parts are expedited by the dealer so that if anyone has a complaint about parts, deliveries, etc. they should be complaining about their dealer and not Brighton. Let me tell you about Brighton. We were told cabinets would be shipped December 17th. It is now end of January and we still have yet to receive parts of our kitchen. They shipped things in multiple stages and then had the audacity to accuse us of stealing a panel. When I say stealing I mean we did not receive it and they are insinuating we are thieves and insisting we have it.
