This company's cabinetry is wonderful but they do not back up their products with their authorized dealer. I have been trying for 9 months to get a door attached in my bathroom, but cannot do it because I do not have the hardware. I live on the east coast and the vendor I dealt with is no better. I would rather go to a big box store and purchase from them as I believe they would accommodate their customer. Brighton is a great value in custom cabinets. I looked at their reviews and many people are complaining that they don't have good customer service. No custom cabinet company deals directly with the public. Homeowners buy their Brighton cabinets from an authorized cabinet dealer. All customer service, delivery, and replacement parts are expedited by the dealer so that if anyone has a complaint about parts, deliveries, etc. they should be complaining about their dealer and not Brighton. Let me tell you about Brighton. We were told cabinets would be shipped December 17th. It is now end of January and we still have yet to receive parts of our kitchen. They shipped things in multiple stages and then had the audacity to accuse us of stealing a panel. When I say stealing I mean we did not receive it and they are insinuating we are thieves and insisting we have it.
