Amazing experience. Unlike any other brand. They went above and beyond with my mini. Fantastic, thank you.
Poor service response experience from a first call perspective. No sense of urgency, not willing to understand customer's situation and offer alternatives. they are at least 25 - 30% more costly from other service providers. Quality of response, friendliness and courtesy engagement all missing. Not sure why one should pay premium and get treated with such a cold response?? Would not recommend to anyone.
Fantastic service provided during my service there. The flexible drop off and pick up is the best, so convenient and very professional.
Like the after hours kiosk for drop off and pickup,
