One of our team members recently brought in her two-year-old Mini for a basic oil and filter change. After dropping the car off, she was later told the cost would be $750—an outrageous amount for such a routine service. To make matters worse, she was told the $750 included “visually looking at the car.” That is an absurd justification for such an inflated price.
