Great handover of my 1300RT from David at Brighton BMW Motorrad 👍🏻
David and James at the Brighton BMW were fantastic! Friendly and professional service, great customer service!
From the very beginning, Dave went above and beyond — not just focused on making a quick sale, but genuinely committed to finding what was best for me as a buyer. What really stood out was how Dave balanced professionalism with genuine care. He wasn’t pushy — instead, he guided me through the options, answered all my questions with patience and expertise, looking forward to purchasing a bike from you Dave .
I bought my XR here with a trade-in, and the whole experience was honestly great. David is genuinely a top guy, he made everything super easy from start to finish, and on delivery day he even went above and beyond what was promised. Scott and David also worked hard to get me the best price for my trade-in, so a big shoutout to them both! Overall, it’s been my best Motorrad experience so far. Though the reception team downstairs could be a bit more welcoming.
