Use this group for parts. Interpreters good, freight very expensive, so end up paying more than retail... frustrating as a trade customer. Issue has been raised before but as per most companys, no care given at all...
We bought my daughter’s first car through Warren C at BMW Brighton’s Mentone office. Warren was fantastic through the whole process and was upfront and transparent. He was very friendly and obliging given it was my daughter’s first experience at purchasing a car. Thanks Warren and I hope to deal with you again.
Have had the worst experience purchasing a car from Brighton BMW. I wasn’t able to pick up my car on my elected date even after all the funds were transferred, the sales person, Pier, said this was due to “internal politics”. On collection of car, the tank of fuel was not full and had to get this organised. He said there was no remaining warranty on the car so I purchased extra warranty after collecting the car and I saw there was one year of warranty left and I have now doubled up on warranties which caused me a lot of hass... read more
