Jack is an absolute standout — they should have a bronze statue of him out the front! Exemplary, knowledgeable, and tenacious. He took calls on weekends, stayed back after hours for test drives and inspections, and answered every question with ease. I’ve dealt with many car businesses over 20 years, and his work ethic is unmatched. If more people were like Jack, dealerships would be selling twice the amount of cars.
