I normally do not post reviews; however, I feel that I need to shed some light for the veteran community. Unfortunately, I cannot post a zero star review and I do not feel that they even rate that. I began the loan process for a VA One Time Close construction loan, which they advertise heavily amongst the veteran/Active Duty community, in November of 2024. Rosemarie helped my son with his home loan, and she was great to work with from start to finish. She communicated clearly throughout the entire process, even after hours when we needed her. We were on a tight deadline and things came up, but she still got everything done right on time. We even closed earlier than scheduled and received a great interest rate.
